Job Description

MAIN MISSION:

Move valuable material goods (valuables, works of art, furniture, objects, etc.) from one location to another, on behalf of our customer.
Perform handling operations (packing/unpacking, assembly/disassembly, protection, loading/unloading the vehicle, re-installation in the new premises, etc.)
Participate in auction sales in auction rooms (set up, installation and removal of objects for sale).

WORKING CONDITIONS :

This activity involves standing, sometimes in uncomfortable positions. It may involve moving or lifting heavy loads.

BASIC SKILLS

Use of hand tools.Use of object protection equipment.
Reading of plans and diagrams.
Moving regulations.
Packaging techniques.
Handling gestures and postures. 
Loading/unloading of goods with organization
Be able to lift very heavy objects;
Know how to handle precious or bulky objects with care
Move objects to new home safely
Proceed with unloading
Unpack boxes
Store objects

Required Skills

Prerequisites

CACES 5

You have experience in handling and moving works of art, and are familiar with the techniques for handling highly valuable objects.
You are a rigorous, organized and meticulous person who also has a certain interest in works of art and the moving trade.
